The PDPA is committed to not only supporting you in your sporting journey but also in your career transition and life beyond the sport. 

We understand that life after sports can pose challenges, which is why we offer a comprehensive suite of career support services. 

DARTS COACHING We have the only accredited 'Darts Coaching Scheme" in our sport. Level 1 started in March 2025 and we have moved on to Level 2 in 2026. 

Through our partnership with FUTURE PATHWAY, we provide FREE courses designed specifically for sports players, veterans, and those active or retired, helping you stay ahead in the competitive job market. 

Additionally, our 'LIFE AFTER SPORT' program (LAPS) offers professional advice, career resources, assistance with crafting compelling CVs, interview preparation, and much more. Your successful transition to a fulfilling career is our priority, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.
