Guest Information

Guest Passes information for players at PDC events, these are the current guidelines, but players must adhere to the PDC Event Brief for full and final details, which will be sent to all players prior to the event.

Players Championship Events

Players are allowed ONE NON-TRANSFERABLE bona-fide guests at each Players Championship event. NOTE: PDPA REGISTERED MANAGERS CAN ATTEND ON TOP OF THE ONE GUEST.

Players must provide their names to the Tournament Director Mr Graham Fairhurst no later than 10.00pm on the night prior to each block of events. “Unless otherwise stated” If your guests name has not been given, they may be refused access. Email: [email protected]

UK & European Qualifying School

Guests for Q-School are dependent on the entry levels for each event in Germany and the UK, so you need to keep up to date with what is going on, as the decision on guests may need to be close to or after the entry deadline.

In previous years players have been allowed ONE NON-TRANSFERABLE bona-fide guest each and they need to register them at the security desk on arrival.

European Tour Events

Players will be allowed ONE NON-TRANSFERABLE bona-fide guest each for each session which they compete in. NOTE: PDPA REGISTERED MANAGERS CAN ATTEND ON TOP OF THE ONE GUEST Please note that football shirts, shorts or three-quarter length trousers will not be acceptable and persons wearing them will not be admitted.

Players are required to register their guest’s name with PDC Europe via [email protected] before 2200 local time on Thursday February 23. Failure to submit guest names may result in the guest not being allowed into the venue.

Qualifiers who win through on Thursday night will be required to register their guest following their qualification.

Challenge Tour, Development Tour, and Women's Series

Players will be allowed ONE NON-TRANSFERABLE bona-fide guest each and need to register them at the security desk on arrival. NOTE: PDPA REGISTERED MANAGERS CAN ATTEND ON TOP OF THE ONE GUEST

PDC Qualifiers

(Including ET UK ‘Q’ – WC PDPA ‘Q’ – WS ‘Q’ – GSoD ‘Q’) Players will be allowed ONE NON-TRANSFERABLE bona-fide guest each and need to register them at the security desk on arrival. NOTE: PDPA REGISTERED MANAGERS CAN ATTEND ON TOP OF THE ONE GUEST

Please note that no one wearing football shirts or shorts of any kind are allowed. Tracksuit bottoms or joggers will be at the discretion of staff if you have a valid reason i.e., a medical issue etc (A medical certificate may be required)

No children under 16 years old will be admitted. ID for proof of age may be required. Players need to note that their guests are their responsibility, and they need to make sure that they dress and act appropriately.

It is each player’s responsibility to inform the Tournament Director of their required guests for each event by this time, or admittance will be denied to the guests on the day. Players are reminded that they are accountable for the behaviour and conduct of their guests and all passes are strictly non-transferable.
