Cohen Davis Solicitors is the PDPA's official partner for internet and reputation law. The firm, which operates The Internet Law Centre, acts for professional sportspeople, public figures and businesses across the UK and internationally on matters involving online abuse, privacy, defamation and reputation. Founded by the internet law pioneer Yair Cohen, the firm is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

How the firm helps darts players

Professional darts players are more exposed online than most sportspeople. Cohen Davis helps PDPA members with:

  • Fake accounts and impersonation, including scam accounts using a player's name or photos

Cohen Davis acts for players based anywhere in the world: tracing anonymous accounts, removing harmful content and taking legal action wherever the abuse is coming from.
