Tour Card Info & Induction

All Pro-Tour events are FREE to enter, but you must still register before the deadline date, and make sure you have entered correctly. If you haven’t and you leave it until after the deadline, you will NOT be in the event.

Pro-Tours consist of (30) Players Championships and (13) European Tours.

All (30) Players Championship events have their own ranking table to qualify for the Players Championship Finals PCOoM Table, where the top 64 on the final table qualify for this event.

There are (13) European Tour events, following these 13 events, the top 32 on the ETOoM Table qualify for the European Championship. 

(OoM) All monies won both the Players Championship and European Tour remain on the (OoM) for 24 months.

The Pro-Tour OoM Table is a table which comprises all Pro-Tour events over a rolling 12-month period to qualify for the World Championship, World Matchplay and World Grand Prix at the cut-off date. 

Seedings for Players Championships and European Tours are also taken form this list at the cut-off date.

PDC Pro Tour Induction:
Every season (January) we have new Tour Card Holders, if you are a new Tour Card Holder for the forthcoming season – You are required to attend an Online Tour Card Induction, details will be sent to you as soon as you win a Tour Card.

We do these prior to the first Pro-Tour events of the year via zoom and split these into two, a UK Based TC Induction and a Europe/World TC Induction

You now have the ‘Golden Ticket’ a PDC Tour Card, so what do I do now. Here is a full explanation of what you need to do next.

Tour Card Induction Dates:

  • UK Tour Cards – Wednesday 24th January 18.00hrs GMT
  • European Tour Cards – Tuesday 30th January 19.00hrs CET 

Participants:

All new Tour Card Holders from the 2024 Qualifying School + any players who win a Tour Card from the C/T, D/T or via the OoM who gained a new Tour Card for 2024 including an associate member who moved into the top 64.

Below are the significant things that you need to do now:

AS A TOUR CARD HOLDER, YOU ARE NOW IN THE UK OPEN FINALS.

These details will be announced when available, your position in the draw will be dependent on your OoM ranking on the cut-off date.

PDC PLAYERS AGREEMENT/CONTRACT.

This will be sent to you direct by the PDC and must be signed before you can play in a PDC event. So, if you need to seek legal advice you need to get this early.

UPGRADE YOUR PDPA MEMBERSHIP:

This is for players who won a Tour Card at Q-School only, the bacs details will be sent to all concerned – we no longer use PayPal.

The first thing you need to do is to pay for you membership upgrade to full membership as you are currently only an associate member of the PDPA. This cost £100 and must be paid prior to the first event of 2024.

If this is not done by this time, you run the risk of losing your Tour Card. Details of how to pay via bacs will be sent to you direct.

BETTING INTEGRITY MODULE + VIDEO:

If you were a Tour Card Holder in any of the last four seasons, you are not required to do this, so your name will not be put forward for this module.

You must complete this online module prior to playing your first PDC event of 2024, this is a DRA Rule: Don’t leave it to the last minute, forgetting, leaving it or not understanding it needs to be done could leave you in the position of not being able to play.

Your email address and name will be given, and they will contact you via this email address to complete this online module, which is required to be done prior to the first event of 2024 (PC 1 on 12th February) DO NOT leave this unit the last minute, as if you do not pass this prior to the start of the event, you will be ineligible to play. 

EVENT ENTRIES:

As you played at Q-School, you will already have a ‘Sport Radar’ account.
If your manager/agent/friend do entries for you, it is worth finding out how they are done for future reference.

To make sure you are all ready for the new season, please make sure you have entered the events prior to the deadlines.

Entries are FREE but you still have to enter/register before the entry deadline. the first deadline is Friday 2nd February 14.00hrs GMT for PC 1-2 & ET 1-2)

DRA REPRESENTATION:

All players as part of GDPR will be required to agree to the PDPA being a part of any DRA correspondences, forms will be available to sign.

COMPLETE YOUR SPORT RADAR INFO ONLINE:

Go to your account and fill in all the required info on your Personal Details. Important to include your emergency contact phone number and tick to terms and conditions box to confirm PDPA rules.
