BUPA Be-Reassured Health Assessment

We are delighted to be able to offer all our Tour Card Holders a

FREE BUPA Health Assessment

  • Our member's health is always our main priority.
  • We urge all players to take up this FREE opportunity worth a £1,000.
  • There are BUPA Centres all over the UK CLICK HERE to find your local centre
  • If you are a non-UK based player, you can book your assessment while you are over in the UK for a Pro-Tour in either Milton Keynes, Leicester, or Wigan (Manchester)
  • You will be contacted direct by BUPA either via your phone or by email - if you do receive a call, it will show up on your phone it is a call from BUPA, so you know it is them calling.
  • If you do not receive any contact and you would like a health assessment, please let us know ASAP. This is FREE to you as a Tour Card Holder.
  • If you do not wish to take up this offer, please make sure you reply when they email or call so that they can take you off their list.

Procedure for Booking

  • Firstly - Check your diary and keep a note of dates you could do the assessment, even the day prior to a Pro-Tour event, so that when you receive an email or phone call you have dates ready.
  • You will receive a call or email to book your assessment; you may be asked for credit card details to confirm your booking. NOTE: You will not be charged as the PDPA will pay for your assessment once you have attended.
  • If you need to cancel or rescheduled, please note the important cancellation/no show policy as below.
  • Your appointment will last up to 2 hours.
  • See the enclosed document on what you will get at your appointment.
  • Make sure you attend your appointment.

Cancellation/No shows

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so no later than 120 hours (i.e. 5 Days) prior to your appointment date so no charges occur, otherwise a £75 charge will be payable.
  • If you cancel up to 24hrs before your appointment or you do not show up at the appointment, you may be charged the full amount of the assessment.
  • So, if you need to cancel, please do so before the 5 days-notice as above to avoid any charges being incurred.
  • Where appointments need to be rescheduled due to issues outside of the client's control. BUPA will only pass on any costs that have already be incurred.
