Winmau Development Tour events are for players who are aged 16-23 as of the 4th January 2024, players can play from the day that they are 16.

PDPA Junior Membership 2024
If you are playing on the PDC DT in 2024 and you are not a TCH or went to Q-School you are not a PDPA Member
However, all junior players must pay the £50 PDPA Junior Membership if they are not currently a PDPA Member, this is also only payable once you have played 5 events in the season.
If you are continuing to play in the Development Tour Events in either Milton Keynes or Wigan your junior membership fee will be due before you enter these events. An invoice for the outstanding member’s fee has been sent to al players concerned.
For reference, please ensure you add your surname and invoice number.
Payment:
All players who are due to pay this membership have been sent an invoice to their email address registered with us, if you have not received this please contact the PDPA immediately.
Bank Forms
To receive your prize money, you are required to fill in a PDC Bank Form, these are available at the venue, these must be filled in and signed. These are not able to be done for a third party, unless they are a registered agent/manager or parent/guardian.
Registration on all days:
08.00 Doors Open
08.00-09.30 Registration for the first event of the day.
09.30 Registration closes, if you are not registered before 09.30 you will not be entered in the first event of the day.
09.30 Draw done, the draw will be displayed in the venue and on DartConnect, play will start 30 minutes after the draw is displayed.
12.30 If you are only in the second event of the day, you must register by this time, if you are in both events, you will be automatically registered for both events when you first register.
Alcohol/Food:
No alcohol or soft drinks are allowed into the venue, you are allowed to bring in your own still water and food.
Players are permitted one, non-transferable guest per player (Excluding DRA Registered Managers). Guests must be aged 16 or above (ID may be required) and be genuinely linked to the player who they are a guest of.
All guest names should be submitted to the security desk on your arrival.
Players are reminded that under DRA rules, they are responsible for the conduct of their guest at all times. Going forward, if the above is not observed we may revert to DRA Managers only.
Format:
The format is best of seven legs up to the last eight, and then best of nine legs for the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. These events will have an open draw and no seeded players.
Marking:
Markers may be sourced for this event, but it is possible they will be self-marked, so the events will operate on a ‘loser marks’ basis and will be operated through the DartConnect system. Additionally, the first game on each board will be marked by the last player drawn onto that board.
