The consequences of the coronavirus pandemic continue to cause a lot of anxiety and worry for all of us. The PDPA continues to provide mental and emotional health support for all of our members, including FREE subscription to the THRIVE mental wellbeing app.
Currently, we’d like to do something to support your loved ones too and are delighted to be able to team up with THRIVE in offering them a FREE three-month subscription to the app throughout the lockdown and winter period.
Thrive is working with the PDPA to support you as much as possible and help you deal with the common problems you and other players may be having.
You now have free access to the Thrive Mental Wellbeing App, an app that can help you manage your mental health, stress, and anxiety with techniques to relax you in as little as 5 minutes.
By practising the techniques in the app, you will learn to build your resilience to the stresses, pressures and anxieties life throws your way.
