Winmau Development Tour events are for players who are aged 16-23 as of the 4th January 2026, players can play from the day that they are 16.

If you are a new player for the PDC Winmau Development Tour must first register with the PDC Entry System via this link CLICK HERE You will receive your log in details, so you can then enter. All entries can then be made through the PDC ENTRY SYSTEM via this link.

PDPA Junior Membership 2026
If you are playing on the PDC Development Tour in 2026 and you are not a Tour Card Holder or went to Q-School you are a PDPA Member

However, all junior players must pay the £50 PDPA Junior Membership if they are not currently a PDPA Member, this is also only payable once you have played 5 events in the season.

Payment:
All players who are due to pay this membership will be sent an invoice to their email address which is registered with us, if you have not received this invoice please contact the PDPA immediately either at the venue or via [email protected]

For reference, please ensure you add your surname and invoice number.

Bank Forms

To receive your prize money, you are required to fill in a PDC Bank Form, these are available at the venue, these must be filled in and signed. These are not able to be done for a third party, unless they are a registered agent/manager or parent/guardian.

Registration on all days:
08.00 Doors Open
08.00-09.30 Registration for the first event of the day.
09.30 Registration closes, if you are not registered before 09.30 you will not be entered in the first event of the day.
09.30 Draw done, the draw will be displayed in the venue and on DartConnect, play will start 30 minutes after the draw is displayed.
12.30 If you are only in the second event of the day, you must register by this time, if you are in both events, you will be automatically registered for both events when you first register.

Guests:

Players are permitted one, non-transferable guest per day (Excluding DRA Registered Managers)

All guests must be aged 16 or over and be genuinely linked to the player who they are a guest of (ID may be required)

Under 18s must be accompanied by a guardian or appropriate adult who is aged 18 or above. Players aged16 or 17 must be accompanied by a non-playing guardian or appropriate adult. Both player and named guardian will receive the same-coloured wristband.

Players aged 16 or 17 will be required to register their guardians name in advance i.e. before 10pm the day prior to the events commencing. To [email protected] – failure to do so may result in the player and guardian not being admitted to these events.

Please note any Under-18’s who attempt to attend without a guardian or appropriate adult will not be permitted to enter the premises.

The guest is the sole responsibility of the player they are signed in under. If that player does not attend the Tournament, then the guest cannot gain access to the venue.

When the player has lost their match and leaves the venue then the guest must also leave the venue at the same time (as the guest is the sole responsibility of the player).

Guest names for player aged 18 and above can be provided upon arrival by the player to PDC Security at the venue entrance.

All guests are required to be dressed to an appropriate standard in respect of the event they are attending, which includes the following:

Shorts can be worn must be dress shorts or similar.

Tops must cover down to the waist.

No flip flops/sliders to be worn.

Football tops and shorts and any other clothing representing sports teams are strictly forbidden.

Security will monitor compliance upon entry and will exercise discretion regarding guest attire.

The PDC reserve the right to refuse entry at their absolute discretion.

Safeguarding
Any player aged under 18 must be accompanied by a non-playing guardian when attending these events.

World Youth Championship
Players at the top of the DTOoM Table after event 24 will qualify for the World Youth Championship, the amount on the table is to be determined.

More Information:

Format:
The format is best of seven legs up to the last eight, and then best of nine legs for the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. These events will have an open draw and no seeded players.

Marking:
Markers may be sourced for this event, but it is possible they will be self-marked, so the events will operate on a ‘loser marks’ basis and will be operated through the DartConnect system. Additionally, the first game on each board will be marked by the last player drawn onto that board.
