All Tour Card Holders must enter before the entry deadline, or you will not be in the event.
European Tour Events will be played with a 48-player main draw consisting of 32 pre-qualified players (the top 16 ranked entered players from the Main Ranking and the next 16 highest ranked players from the ProTour Ranking at the entry deadline) and 16 other qualifiers.
The top 16 ranked entered players from the World Ranking at the entry deadline will be seeded into the second round (last 32) where they will play the 16 winners from the matches involving the remaining 32 players

Tour Card Holders will be permitted to enter one Host Nation Qualifier for which they are eligible per year instead of the Tour Card Holder Qualifier for that event. To enter players must email PDC Tournament Director Graham Fairhurst to enter [email protected]
WITHDRAWALS
Any player who needs to withdraw from this event must do so prior to the Tour Card Qualifier, or at the very latest prior to the draw which is 24 hours prior to the start of the event to avoid a DRA sanction.
DRAW
Draw will be made at 12.00 UK time on the day prior to the start of the Event.
DAILY REGISTRATION
Players will be required to register at the PDC Control Desk at the Players’ Entrance no later than one hour before the scheduled time of their match. Any player who fails to register as above will face referral to the DRA. Should a player not register within 30 minutes of their scheduled match then they will be disqualified from the event and not be entitled to receive any prize money.

Players will be allowed ONE NON-TRANSFERABLE bona-fide guest each for each session which they compete in. (excluding DRA Registered Managers) Please note that football shirts, shorts or three-quarter length trousers will not be acceptable and persons wearing them will not be admitted.
Players are required to register their guest’s with PDC-E via [email protected] before 22.00 local time the night prior to the event starting. Failure to submit guest names may result in the guest not being allowed into the venue.
