Level 2 Online Application Form

The Level 2 course is only for people who have completed Level 1 and are currently existing licensed PDPA coaches. 

The launch of the Level 2 course will be announced at the 2026 catch up seminar in Blackburn on the 14th March 2026, details will be sent to current PDPA registered coaches on the seminar. 

APPLICANTS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD PRIOR TO PART 1 OF THE COURSE AND HAVE COMPLETED THE PDPA LEVEL 1 DARTS COACHING COURSE

Refreshments and light lunch will be provided on the face-to-face aspects of your course which must be attended in person and is included in the course fee.
The cost of the course is £750
A deposit of £300 is payable on application to secure your place with the balance due no later than the 1st May 2026.
Any payments are non-refundable.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that they attend ALL parts of the course.
If for any reason you are unable to attend any part of the course, no refunds will be issued/payments made will not be carried forward to a future course. Payment can be made by card or bacs/bank transfer, please contact [email protected] for the machine, bank details/payment form.

Places will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

  • I agree to abide by the PDPA Code of Practice for Darts Coaches, as contained within the document issued by the PDPA which I have accepted and signed.
  • I declare that all information and answers given on the application form are correct/true and no material facts have been omitted or mis-stated.
  • I have never had a claim against me arising out of my activities as a sports coach/official with any sport.
  • I have never been investigated, suspended or expelled by the PDPA or any governing body of sport or any bodies within education, care of training sectors.
  • I am able to understand and communicate in English (both orally & written) all aspects of my qualification.
  • I confirm I have read and meet the entry requirements for this course.
  • I confirm that I have no criminal/civil cases/investigations which may lead me to be in breach of my PDPA Coaching Licence.
